presenting our collies here, we wish to
take a moment to remember with great
fondness and love, the beautiful collies
that we were so pleased and proud to have
owned or bred in the past. |

BLUE TRADITION |

| First
and the greatest of all
was "TRAD",
winner of 3,314 Challenge
Points in a career that
spanned 11 years in the
showrings of Australia.
This multiple BIS winning
dog (at Specialties and
All Breeds events) was a
truly magnificent
specimen of the collie
breed. |

BLUE SAPHIRE |
 |
"LIBBY"
is a niece of
"Trad"
She won BIS at our WA
CSSC show
and was a competitor at
the 1991 WA Contest of
Winners.
She won several Best in
Group awards as well as a
Runner Up In Show
All Breeds and BOB at a
Perth Royal with a career
total of 1139 Ch points.. |

Our
pages would not be
complete without the
striking blue merle dog
pictured left.
"Jordy" was
shown less frequently
than our other dogs, but
he was a top winner for
us with 869 Ch points
& 5 Best in Show
awards for our kennels -
qualifying him and
"Trad" to be
pictured proudly on
Western Australia's
Canine Association Wall
of Fame for many years. |

good friends Bill & Joan Ranie (ACT)
are the skillful people who bred these 3
wonderful collies that gave us so much
fun and enjoyment. We thank them for
letting us call them our own.
We bred many successful collies from
these top lines. |

was a multiple Best
Exhibit in Group winner. He
was a very special dog to
us and was the father of
CH ARRANBRAE COUNTRY
LYRIC the foundation
bitch of Leanor Kennels
owned by the late Valerie
Bond. |

went on to be a multiple

winner for our kennels. |

 |
An
imposing presence in the
ring, seldom beaten and
never disgraced, stood
the beautiful rich sable
"Zack".
Unsurpassed for pure
collie type and nature
and was a great grandson
of Ch Einar Blue
Tradition. Winner of Best
in Group at the 1995
Perth Royal, with only a
few litters "Zack
was a top producing sire
for us.
We thank our dear friend,
Jan Williams for her
kindness and guidance.
Her experience in collies
has helped us to
establish our sable line. |

| "BEN"
winner of Best in Show at
the 2001 Collie &
Shetland Sheepdog of WA
Championship Show. He
gained his title very
easily amongst top
company, and was a
regular winner for our
kennel. He excels in
breed type and has an
excellent outline. Sire
